In case you don’t follow us on Twitter and Facebook, here are a few headlines you might have missed lately:

  • Ground breaking ceremony took place on September 12th on Chaplains Hill in section 2 for the Jewish Chaplains Monument at Arlington National Cemetery.

  • Ensign Yonina Creditor, a Navy chaplain candidate, wrote and excellent piece about why she chose the military chaplaincy and why she is so excited about serving. It is a short, but very poignant piece. Go check it out HERE.
  • Chabad.org has some video segments from Colonel Goldstein, a chaplain with the New York National Guard, who was at Ground Zero on September 11th. Rabbi Goldstein reflects on the event and recalls many of the details of that day. All of the videos can be found HERE.
